Support Specialist I

Position Summary

Living Spaces is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technological support in a dynamic retail environment covering point?of?sale and back?office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and troubleshoot Dynamics AX and other enterprise applications.
• Assist in the preparation, configuration and installation of IT devices for new retail locations.
• Install, repair and coordinate wide variety of computing devices and peripherals.
• Work with end?users and help desk staff to prioritize service requests and resolve complex issue via remote access tools.
• Maintain up?to?date operating systems, applications and computing standards.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base as subject?matter expert.
• Provide Tier I and Tier II support for applications including Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP.
• Collaborate with other IT groups to perform root cause analysis and develop permanent solutions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, on?call duties and emergency response as business needs dictate.

Compensation

Pay range $24.50 - $31.80. Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible for team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.
