Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed effectively. As a crucial part of our customer experience strategy, you will handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our support systems accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve product issues and improve customer experience.
- Identify common customer issues and help develop resources or FAQs to reduce future inquiries.
- Assist in training new team members on customer support protocols and tools.
Qualifications
