What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice of Coastal Maintenance. Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include :

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolving customer concerns and providing accurate information about our services.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need :

  • 3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with basic office software and customer service tools.
