Position Summary
As an FP&A Manager, you will direct operations for the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. This role will allow you to conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance of business units or initiatives, analyzing profitability, cost drivers, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. You will accomplish this by :
Location
Remote (U.S.-based) This role is fully remote within the United States and supports the New Jersey health plan. Occasional meeting attendance aligned to Eastern Time Zone hours is required.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Experience with a large ERP financial systems such as Hyperion and SAP. Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel with Power Query and / or Power BI, Pivot Tables, AI) or other data platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL, macros). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with healthcare payors and / or government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid CPA License SQL knowledge
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Quantitative field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.

The typical pay range for this role is : $54,300.00 - $159,120.00
