At Radical Restoration, we're more than just a storm damage restoration company—we're a high-energy, high-touch team helping homeowners transform their homes with confidence. As a Renovation Design Consultant (RDC) , you'll step into a hybrid role that combines relationship-based selling, in-home design consultations, and project scoping for both insurance-approved and retail projects.

This is not your average sales position—our RDCs are trusted advisors , guiding clients through the renovation journey from the first handshake to the final design choice. You'll be closing deals, creating beautiful home transformations, and ensuring every client feels informed, valued, and excited.

What You'll Do

• Lead Engaging In-Home Presentations – Educate clients on their project scope, material options, and our value proposition.
• Close High-Value Sales – Secure signed Contingency Agreements (CAs) and Customer Installation Agreements for both insurance and retail projects.
• Guide Clients Through Design Decisions – Use product samples and visualization tools to create tailored solutions.
• Upsell With Purpose – Identify upgrade opportunities beyond insurance scopes to enhance project value and aesthetics.
• Produce Accurate Estimates – For retail projects, using company pricing tools.
• Own the Client Relationship – Be the go-to contact throughout the renovation journey, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Document With Precision – Capture detailed photos / videos, complete CRM updates, and secure HOA approvals when needed.
• Drive Referrals & Reviews – Foster client loyalty that fuels ongoing company growth.
