About the Role :

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients ranging from infants to young adults (ages 0–18) in Commerce City, CO . You'll deliver one-on-one care focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, and overall independence—right in the child’s natural environment.

Compensation & Scheduling :

  • Competitive Pay : $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
  • Start of Care Visits : Up to $120 per SOC
  • Part-Time Caseload : 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities :

  • Complete initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Educate and support families to encourage carryover at home
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Requirements

  • A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
  • NBCOT Certification
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
