Peraton is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Advisor with experience in source selection and acquisition support to join our FAA procurement operations team. This role provides a unique opportunity to participate in the full lifecycle of federal acquisitionsfrom market research and solicitation development to evaluation and awardsupporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as it modernizes and sustains the National Airspace System (NAS).

In this position, you will :

• Support source selection activities, including solicitation preparation, proposal evaluation, and documentation review.
• Assist in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), evaluation criteria, and source selection plans.
• Perform market research and gather data to support acquisition planning and supplier analysis.
• Track and maintain procurement files, evaluation documentation, and compliance records.
• Participate in evaluation team coordination meetings and maintain confidentiality of selection materials.
• Analyze supplier proposals for responsiveness, accuracy, and adherence to FAA and federal requirements.
• Support cost and price analysis, comparing vendor quotes, and verifying compliance with solicitation terms.
• Help ensure all activities align with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) and FAR / DFARS standards.
• Assist in preparing source selection summaries, recommendation reports, and final award documentation.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Program Management teams to support timely procurement execution.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS / BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS / MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
