Civil Professional Engineer (PE) / Project Manager - Land Development

A multi-national consulting engineering firm is looking for a Civil Professional Engineer (PE) / Project Manager in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, permitting and construction administration for residential subdivisions, including paving and grading, roadway design, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other civil design elements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related degree
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain licensure in Texas
• Minimum 5 years of residential land development experience including development of lot layouts, master planning, platting and site grading with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Familiar with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and other design criteria to independently formulate and present specific practical solutions to project design problems
• Ability to work on several projects concurrently
