Your role and responsibilities
- Deliver expert consulting on Oracle Cloud Payroll best practices and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the configuration, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications.
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize payroll operations, ensuring effective deployment and ongoing support.
Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.At least 5 years of experience in an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead role, including 2-4 years in Oracle Cloud implementations.Experience with public sector clients (e.g., state governments, counties, or cities) is a definite advantage.Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extract, HDL, and PBL is highly desired.Demonstrated experience in monthly and quarterly patch testing, issue resolution, and validation.Proven ability to lead the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing analysis, design, configuration, programming, and unit testing.Strong skills in gathering business requirements, identifying process enhancements, and recommending practical solutions.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent verbal and written communication prowess, along with strong interpersonal abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.Experience in creating end-user documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.IBM is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
