Role : Program Manager

Work Location – Austin, TX

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive complex cross functional initiatives that support client's mission to connect players with the games they love In this role you'll partner with studio technology and business leaders to deliver programs that improve operational efficiency enable innovative solutions and ensure projects are executed on time and at scale. The Program Manager will serve as the connective tissue between teams aligning strategy execution and delivery This is a high visibility role that requires strong organizational skills excellent communication and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end to end program delivery across multiple teams and functions.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear roadmaps milestones and success metrics.
• Partner with Product Engineering and Business stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain program plans schedules risk logs and reporting dashboards.
• Drive crossteam communication to ensure alignment unblock challenges and mitigate risks.
• Provide transparency to leadership through clear status updates reporting and insights.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in program management processes.
• Ensure all deliverables support clients standards of quality and player experience.
