PharmNet Analyst Sr

BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support our Pharmacy IS team. In this role, you'll lead projects, design and implement system solutions, and serve as a mentor to junior team members while ensuring compliance with change management practices.

What You'll Do :

• Analyze, design, test, and support pharmacy information systems
• Solve complex problems and recommend technical solutions
• Lead projects and provide mentorship to the team
• Ensure system upgrades, modifications, and integrations run smoothly
• Partner with end users to deliver excellent customer support

What We're Looking For :

• 8+ years systems analysis OR 4+ years with a related degree
• Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle
• Experience with Cerner PharmNet / Cerner Millennium
• Pharmacy background (Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist) preferred
• Hybrid role, Florida residency required
