Shift : Monday-Friday Days with Flexible Scheduling
Work with others from front line staff to vice presidents
Making sure units / rooms are ready with equipment, supplies, and setup
Clinical experience a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years experience

Barnes-Jewish Hospital's staff is composed of full-time academic faculty and community physicians of Washington University School of Medicine, supported by a house staff of residents, interns, fellows and other medical professionals. Recognizing its excellence in nursing care, Barnes-Jewish Hospital was the first adult hospital in Missouri to be certified as a Magnet Hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. The Nursing Administration Department handles all staffing coordinators and the Clinical Operations Coordinators (COC). The Nursing Administration also coordinates budgeting for the nursing departments located throughout the hospital. The department also handles visitors, expirations and walk-ins.
Role Purpose : Serves as the primary contact and liaison between multiple patient care areas, ancillary and support departments for BJH and BJC system-wide, overseeing all project management initiatives. Collaborates with all levels of management to coordinate the business, administrative and operational functions necessary to achieve successful outcomes related to patient care areas. Functions as a resource to other clinical operations coordinators.
