We’re seeking a motivated Retail Associate, where you will support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, and provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, learn company products and services to better assist others, as well as assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, manage simple records and enter information accurately. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
