Dental Assistant (DA) / Front Office – Arcadia, CA

Our private dental practice in Arcadia is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant / Front Office team member to support both clinical and administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates and recent Dental Assistant graduates .

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday–Thursday : 7 : 45 AM–5 : 00 PM
Friday : 7 : 45 AM–2 : 00 PM (optional)

Pay & Benefits :

Competitive pay – $22-$26 per hour, based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities :

Greet and check in patients; support both front and back office needs

Prepare patients for treatments or exams and ensure their comfort

Set up instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures

Assist chairside during dental treatments; support the hygiene team

Take digital X-rays using Dexis; perform intraoral scans for digital impressions

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling using Dentrix

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and and support daily front office operations

Requirements :

California CDA or RDA

Completion of an accredited dental assistant program

Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, or intraoral scanners is a plus

Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and charting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
