Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be an integral part of the Contracts Management team supporting project execution and contract lifecycle management. Job Title : Construction Site Contracts Manager
Support the development, negotiation, and management of construction contracts from inception to closeout.
Administer change management processes, including change orders, claims, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project teams, legal, supply chain, and finance to support project objectives and mitigate risks.
Track contract performance, budgets, and obligations to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
8-10 years of experience supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle management in construction projects.
Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and change orders.
Strong skills in change management and cost control.
Excellent contract administration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
