Account Coordinator
Onward Search is hiring for an Account Coordinator for our pharmaceutical company to manage day-to-day client projects and support the team in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is eager to grow in account management. This is a hybrid role in Irvine, CA. Contract for one year +
What Youll Do :
- Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client needs are met.
- Serve as a key contact for clients on timelines, estimates, and project updates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and client communications.
- Partner with creative, production, and finance teams to control costs and deliver quality work.
- Support creative development and ensure compliance with client / medical / regulatory approvals.
What Were Looking For :
Bachelors degree with 35 years experience in advertising, finance, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with business applications (Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.).
