Senior Manager, People Analytics

We deliver actionable insights across the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to development, rewards, and retention—to drive both business and people outcomes.
What You'll Do
Own the strategy and build of self-service people data dashboards and Uber's organizational health reporting portfolio.
Drive process improvement and automation by evaluating, championing, and implementing new analytics tools, advanced capabilities, and AI-driven solutions that increase efficiency, scalability, and the strategic impact of people insights.
Act as the strategic analytics partner for the People team and company leaders to understand evolving priorities, translate them into analytics requirements, and uncover people-related insights.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities across areas such as hiring, attrition, diversity, and engagement; translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform people strategies and business decisions.
Proactively expand the use of data across the People organization by building data fluency, driving adoption of self-serve dashboards and tools, and empowering HR and business leaders to leverage insights in everyday decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in People / HR analytics, business analytics, or similar experience
Highly proficient in data extraction, modeling and manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle HCM
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (including BigQuery and Vertex AI)
Working proficiency in Google Apps Script (or similar) and business process automation
Proactive and collaborative orientation to driving projects
Demonstrated expertise applying GenAI to enhance tooling in an analytics context
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Background in Analytics, industrial / organizational psychology, human capital consulting, talent management, or similar experience.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award and other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
