Job description

Front Office Administrator (Temp-to-Hire) – Hanover, MA

$25 / hour | 4 - 5 Days / Week | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Boylston Staffing is seeking a Front Office Administrator for a well-established firm in Hanover, MA . This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Manage office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Create and maintain job folders and general filing.
  • Copy, scan, and process mail and documents.
  • Maintain team calendars to support project deadlines.
  • Review and print weekly timesheets.
  • Track and manage vacation requests.
  • Coordinate and arrange office lunches.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Position Details :

  • Schedule : 4 - 5 days per week.
  • Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM.
  • Pay Rate : $25 / hour.
  • Location : Hanover, MA.
  • Type : Temporary-to-Hire.
