FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a coordinator intern, which entails providing HR / Recruiting support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the development of HR functions in a phase of organizational growth and development. This is an internship to full-time position with negotiable pay rate.

Location : Remote in United States (PST Preferred)

Type : Full-Time 40hr / week,  Unpaid Internship Program

Duties and Responsibilities Include :

HR :

• Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
• Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
• Maintaining HR department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicates with employees about their personnel documentation and answers specific HR questions of employees.
• Interacting with health and benefit administrator and brokers.
• Helping HR manager with new hire onboarding, which includes issuing the offer letter, triggering the background check, and all onboarding procedures.
