As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a retail environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing an approachable presence. You will regularly conduct patrols throughout the location, interact with guests and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, where you will use your attention to detail and communication skills to contribute to a secure and welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, customers, and / or employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.

Support access control procedures as required by the site-specific policies.

Partner with local law enforcement or emergency personnel if situations arise that require their assistance.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
