Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.

Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS :

Department of Defense TOP SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS / SCI is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.

S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.

S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES :

As a systems engineer on this program, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the integration and test at the system and segment levels of RF systems.

  • Working with test teams through planning, execution, and reporting
  • Working with teams across multiple disciplines (HW / SW / Systems)
  • Working with customers on understanding their needs
  • Developing informal and formal test procedures based on customer requirements
  • Requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective. Assigning test methods and designing test cases and procedures based on lower level and customer requirements
  • Develop test strategies and procedures based on customer requirements and military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704
  • Experienced in supporting milestones such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR of the developmental cycle
  • Experienced training customers and users on systems

Target salary range : USD $135,774.80 / Yr. - USD $150,625.20 / Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.
