We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Lead Product Manager - Enterprise Marketing Governance Database (Reusable Language) to oversee reusable language frameworks across Insurance, Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicaid, CenterWell, and B2B segments. This role will lead from the frontdriving change, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing materials meet regulatory standards while aligning with enterprise messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance Leadership & Compliance Oversight

Lead governance and compliance capability initiatives for marketing communications that support enterprise priorities and mitigate risk.

Define and implement the strategy for reusable language across all business segments.

Influence and guide cross-functional teams to adopt governance and messaging best practices.

Monitor usage trends of reusable language and governance workflows to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.

Impact This role is critical to Humana's mission of delivering trustworthy, compliant, and member-focused communications. By leading governance and reusable language strategy, this position will reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the clarity and consistency of Humana's marketing efforts.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
