Job Description

Location : Onsite – 3215 State Highway 360, Grapevine, TX 76051

Reports to : VP Business Controller

Pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the consideration process

Local Travel : 15-20%

The Opportunity

The Regional Business Controller provides essential financial leadership and strategic partnership for all aspects of the business across the Texas region. This highly visible role partners directly with the VP of Operations, VP of Sales, and local business leaders to drive financial performance, strategic decision-making, and continuous process improvement for up to 16 manufacturing and distribution sites . The ideal candidate enjoys business analysis and collaborating with operations and sales leaders, focusing their time on impactful projects and actionable insights rather than transactional accounting.

Key Responsibilities and Performance Drivers

I. Strategic Partnership & Organizational Leadership

• Business Partnering : Work closely with the VPs of Sales and Operations and Plant Managers, developing a collaborative partnership as a key member of the regional management team.
• Performance Improvement : Be an active listener and self-starter, initiating and leading projects to drive quantifiable results and savings based on data analysis and recommendations from Sales and Operations.
• Financial Acumen Training : Provide financial statement analysis training and assistance to Plant Managers to enhance their ability to report and understand business results.
