• Proficiency with FloorRight, RFMS, or equivalent software
• 5+ Years Experience in Commercial Flooring Construction as a Project Manager or Estimator
• Solid background in diverse commercial projects
• Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit
