Job Description
This role focuses on repairing, renovating, and preparing modular units and trailers in a shop environment. You will perform hands-on construction tasks such as drywall, flooring, and painting, while using a variety of hand and power tools to ensure each unit meets quality and safety standards before returning to the field.

Work Environment
This position is based in a smaller, shop-style facility where modular units and trailers are dropped off for repair and then returned to construction sites. You will work closely with a team of approximately 15 technicians in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The role involves regular use of hand and power tools, spray painting equipment, and occasionally a forklift, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper equipment handling. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 . to 3:30 ., with additional hours and overtime during the spring and summer months when workload increases significantly. Work is performed indoors in the shop and occasionally in the yard area when moving or positioning units.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
