Job descriptionEvaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic strategies to address those disorders. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide therapy and interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities. Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and available therapies. Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Have obtained state licensure through the Tennessee Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences Have obtained Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCCs)
