Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain service plans aligned with enterprise goals and customer needs
Lead and grow a senior operational management team, fostering performance through coaching and development
Establish and manage outcome-based performance metrics for Customer Care teams to promote continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 8 years in customer success, account management, or service leadership roles
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and cloud-based service tools
Proven ability to lead through transformation and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and collaboration
