Insurance Account Manager
We are looking for an Insurance Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and providing exceptional service while supporting sales and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing quotes with multiple carriers for insurance, comparing and reviewing quotes, entering information in management system, preparing documents and applications for policy issuance, sending emails
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes.Policy Management
Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements.Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.Sales and Business Development
Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities.Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs.Administrative Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently.Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Problem Resolution
Handle complex client issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.Liaise with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to address client concerns.
