Overview

As a Technical Writer at Milestone Technologies, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to the implementation and use of ServiceNow's Service Operations Workspace. You will work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, and process owners to create content that clearly explains workflows, procedures, and platform functionality for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace, including standard operating procedures, process flows, user guides, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and IT service teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts and workflows into user-friendly documentation tailored for a variety of audiences.
• Organize and manage documentation repositories to ensure version control, accessibility, and ease of navigation.
• Audit existing documentation for completeness, clarity, and relevance, and make recommendations for updates or improvements.
• Develop templates and standards for content formatting, naming conventions, and structure to ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Create visual aids such as flowcharts, diagrams, and screenshots to support process documentation.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with Milestone’s brand, tone, and quality standards.
