2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Napoleon, OH

Shift Time : 4pm-12am

Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Technicians to join our growing team in Napoleon, OH. In this role, you\'ll work on a high-energy production line, assembling axles and components while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble axles and components through repetitive line operations.
• Maintain strict quality standards and immediately report issues or defects.
• Operate and cross-train across multiple assembly workstations.
• Follow and promote all safety guidelines and practices.
• Report any equipment or tool malfunctions to the supervisor / team lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
