Job description

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers, driving revenue growth through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business goals to connect them with AI solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer adoption and share insights to enhance product direction

Required Qualifications

4+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 2 years in managing mid-market accounts

Proven track record of driving new revenue through expansion and cross-sell opportunities

Experience in consultative selling with VP and C-level stakeholders

Technical fluency in SaaS products and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce

Collaborative mindset with a passion for AI and its impact on marketing
