Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and supervises daily activities of Training and Quality staff
Implements quality measurements and performance improvement data
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures while interacting with various management levels
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Background in Training and Quality with team leadership experience
Knowledge of Coverage Determinations or similar healthcare review process
Experience in data collection and analysis
Familiarity with presenting to senior leaders or cross-functional partners
