Insurance Defense Associate

The Tampa office of a highly respected defense firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate to join its dynamic defense team. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in civil litigation, and knowledge of construction or insurance defense is a significant plus.

This role offers the opportunity to handle all stages of litigation with minimal supervision, working on challenging and complex cases in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience (construction / insurance defense preferred)
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
