Member Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members to enhance satisfaction and assist with healthcare navigation

Maintain empathy and professionalism while addressing member concerns and achieving campaign goals

Complete daily call logs and actively participate in program improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Two years of experience in a related field, particularly within the healthcare industry

Experience in member engagement and direct communication with members is required

Advanced technical skills in MS Office applications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
