Job description

Senior Supervisor, Business Management Analyst

Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Business Management Analyst to support one of our premier program areas in the Space, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

This role will support the Space ISR Business Management Team. As a key member of the team, this position will support the day-to-day program execution for the program management teams and collaborate closely with various Senior Directors, Program Managers, customers, Leads, and other cross-functional groups.

What You Will Do

  • Support Space ISR facilities space planning lead
  • Prepare and present briefings to Senior Leaders
  • Metrics development, collection, and dissemination to programs and internal customers
  • Support Space ISR's Deputy Business Manager Lead as required
  • Manage Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Conduct risk analysis and mitigation of programmatic challenges that may include special projects for shaping customer communication and program growth potential
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing weekly, monthly metrics to ensure deliveries are met
  • Maintain detailed dashboards and reports on project performance, including status, milestones, resource allocation, budget, risks, and issues
  • Develop, execute, and maintain project plans, updating them to reflect changing requirements and priorities
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions to support the program in driving continuous improvement
  • Plan, prepare packages, and coordinate all actions associated with Space ISR Senior Leader monthly meetings
  • Manage SharePoint or other tools as required

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and minimum five years of relevant experience (including business and program management, finance, etc)
  • Experience supporting US government customers in a cleared environment
  • Experience developing process documentation (to include Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing / supporting SharePoint resources
  • 3 years minimum experience leading direct staff members
  • An active and transferable TS / SCI level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. (a Poly level clearance will be required after onboarding to maintain program access)
  • Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience supporting project life cycle management principles, tools, and methodologies processes
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile Methodologies knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders

  • This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.

    The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
