We are currently seeking a Vehicle or Fleet Service Coordinator in Midland, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As the Vehicle or Fleet Service Coordinator, You will be responsible for :

Fleet Trucks :

• Assess and maintain fleet truck inventory
• Monitor driving on GPS system
• Respond to Incidents / Inquires.
• Manage all signed documents associated with the Vehicle Operations Agreement
• Manage and maintain MVRs on all employees :
• Every 6 months on assignment in the surrounding Midland areas (regardless if the employee is assigned a fleet truck)
• Routinely monitor / generate safety reports on Fleetistics site
• Assess and maintain service log and costs on all Bergaila fleet trucks
• Coordinate rental of vehicles for employees in the surrounding Midland areas
• Communicate VIN numbers for all rentals that will need to be added or dropped from company’s auto insurance policy
• Coordinate with field service tech on vehicles that require :
• Collection from rental sites
• Picked up from employee
• Maintenance / Service
• Escalate / communicate to Houston office vehicles that are damaged

Fuel Cards :

• Primary contact for all fuel cards
• Managing distribution issued by Onboarding Coordinator
• Assess and maintain fuel card inventory
• Maintain all access (activating / deactivating cards)
• Communicate information to Houston office

PPE / FRC :

• Primary contact for all requested PPE’s / FRC’s
• Establish accounts with vendors and procure requested PPE / FRC equipment
• Assess and maintain PPE inventory
• Managing distribution issued by Onboarding Coordinator
• Coordinate shipment (with field service tech or ship directly from vendor)
• Communicate information to Houston office

Equipment Issued to Midland and surrounding areas :

• Assess and maintain equipment inventory for employees in surrounding areas
• Coordinate with field service tech for distribution or collection
• Communicate information to Houston office

Tools :

• Primary POC for tools that are needed by the employees
• Assess and maintain tools inventory
• Coordinate with the field service tech for all tools that are to be stenciled, collected and distributed
• Communicate information to Houston office

H2S Monitors :

• Primary POC for purchase of H2S monitors for employees in the surrounding Midland area
• Coordinate with the field service tech for collection and distribution
• Assess and maintain H2S inventory
• billing and / or collection if employee is termed
• Communicate information to Houston office

Employee Interface :

Maintain interface with employees in surrounding Midland area. Communicate issues / needs to appropriate areas within the organization

Data Analyst :

• Manage and maintain man hour safety reports on a weekly basis
• Manage and maintain cost reports on a monthly basis

HSE :

• Attend Client Safety Meetings when requested
• Coordinate with Corporate HSE Department on a daily basis
