We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Pico Rivera, California. This role requires a meticulous individual who excels in managing office tasks, supporting team operations, and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative functions and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–4 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
2+ years of administrative or office support experience (corporate or professional setting preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and / or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and a high level of reliability.
