We are a patient-centered physical therapy clinic that is rapidly growing with 8 clinics in need of an administrative assistant and marketing specialist. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Administrative Assistant & Marketing Coordinator . This role combines office administration with outreach and marketing to help our clinic continue to grow. This role is a 1099 indep contractor status.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support :
- Assist admin team in back office tasks
- Run physician referral numbers weekly and track growth
- Order lunches for staff birthdays, anniversaries etc.
- Order RX pads, name tags, business cards
Marketing & Outreach :
Go to medical offices weekly and drop off marketing materialSchedule lunches with physiciansManage and update social media accountsDesign flyers, newsletters, and digital content to promote servicesBuild and maintain relationships with local doctorsQualifications
Previous experience in marketing for healthcareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with social media platformsOutgoing, professional, and friendly personalityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
