The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is seeking a dependable, friendly, and energetic Bus Driver to join our Childcare Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic urban, growing organization, just 5 miles west of New York City in the waterfront city of Perth Amboy, NJ. The Raritan Bay Area YMCA has served the ever-evolving needs of our community since 1912. We enthusiastically serve over 6,000 members in the Raritan Bay area in our community building initiatives through Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility.

Under the supervision of the Childcare Director, the Bus Driver will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the facility’s school bus, ensuring the safe transportation of youth participants to and from program sites and off-site activities.

The Bus Driver also supports and promotes the organization’s mission by embodying the core values of Honesty, Caring, Responsibility, Respect, and Faith, while demonstrating cause-driven leadership through the YMCA Leadership Competencies : Mission Advancement, Collaboration, Operational Effectiveness, and Personal Growth.
