About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Market Manager in Strategic Outreach to spearhead our Sales Development team, own field marketing initiatives, and support sales / marketing alignment.

This role is pivotal in driving our pipeline growth and optimizing the bridge between sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to guide our SDR team to success.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the SDR team, setting clear targets, providing ongoing training, and ensuring alignment with our broader sales and marketing goals

Develop and implement innovative telephonic and digital outreach strategies to enhance lead generation and customer engagement

Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute field marketing campaigns that support the SDR team's objectives

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to optimize outreach tactics and improve team productivity

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to experiment with new outreach methods and tools

Serve as the primary liaison between the SDR team and other departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition

Plan and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events, maximizing opportunities for direct engagement with potential clients.

Support other marketing campaigns, as determined

Requirements :

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets

Experience in field marketing, including planning and executing campaigns and events

Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally

Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
