Key Responsibilities
Own the customer success motion for enterprise accounts, ensuring fast time to value and strong adoption
Build and manage onboarding programs, including training and in-product guidance
Drive retention and renewals through proactive risk reviews and outcome tracking
Required Qualifications
5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with fluency in technical products
Experience in building and scaling enterprise onboarding and deployment programs
Ability to partner with Sales for expansion opportunities in multi-threaded motions
Experience creating reusable customer success playbooks and training materials
Background in scientific research, biotech / pharma, or R&D tools is a plus
