Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Support to oversee and enhance customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes aligned with company goals

Manage daily operations and establish KPIs to drive performance and accountability

Lead and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer support practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 6 years of customer support or service management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior supervisory or management role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement

Experience in developing customer support strategies and leading teams to achieve performance goals
