Project Engineer Electrical Construction

This entry-level Project Engineer opportunity is a springboard to grow your earnings and career – if you are meeting company standards, you will receive a $10k raise within your first 6 months and additional $10k raises for the next 2 years ($30k in raises over the next 3 years). While Project Manager is the most common next step (this promotion path normally takes 3 years but can be quicker, depending on YOU and your pace), you'll have the chance to explore other exciting opportunities within our different departments.

Project Engineer – What You Will Do

You will play a pivotal part in supporting our team of Project Managers and making sure construction projects are running smoothly from start to finish.

• Support and maintain data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, contractors / subcontractors, or other project-related entities.
• Participate in and maintain document and project control systems and procedures.
• Attend project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses.
• Obtain, track, and document contractor and subcontractor contractual requirements (and construction plans and specs) on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipment as directed by project manager.
• Assist in project closeout procedures.

You will support multiple projects concurrently. You will work in the office and out in the field (estimated 70% of your time will be performed in the field or on job sites). No overnight travel.

Project Engineer – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

Compensation :

$40,000 to $65,000 (with a $10k raise after 6 months if meeting company requirements) and additional bonus potential.
