Compensation & Benefits Overview :

Compensation Model : 35% of collections based on services the doctor performs an industry-leading model made possible by the practice s strong referral base and high reimbursement rates.

Student Loan Assistance : $2,000 / month during the first year to support student loan payments while ramping up.

Relocation Assistance : Negotiable based on individual needs.

Continuing Education Support : $2,500 annual CE stipend to support travel, coursework, and advanced clinical training.

Time Off : Four (4) weeks of paid time off annually.
