Salary : $50,000 - $54,000

Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is currently hiring a Quality and Training Specialist to join our practice. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the 360Learning modules for new administrative staff
• Assist in the training of new administrative staff
• Assist in the ongoing refresher training of administrative staff
• Assist in the daily monitoring of calls / sms / emails for quality purposes
• Assist the Health Information Specialist in recurring tasks not yet implemented / started
• Assist in supporting the Quality Team on various projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned
