Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects in a steel production environmentDevelop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectManage scope, resources, budgets, and timelines in accordance with organizational goalsLead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and contractorsConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadershipIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout project phasesPrepare and present project documentation, reports, and closeout summariesQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within heavy manufacturing or industrial environmentsProficiency with Primavera P6 and / or Microsoft Project is requiredStrong understanding of capital project execution, budgeting, and schedulingExperience working with cross-functional teams in a union or non-union manufacturing settingEEO Statement :
