Payroll / Benefits / Accounting Coordinator

This role reports to and provides critical support to the Controller and broader team by managing benefit functions, processing payroll, certified payroll, handling accounting-related tasks, and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance. The ideal candidate has solid accounting knowledge, strong Payroll / Benefits capabilities, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll & Benefits :

• Handle payroll processing and employee benefit program administration
• Maintain accurate and timely records for payroll / benefits
• Process certified payroll - TN State related jobs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and deadlines
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain confidential personnel files and benefit documentation
• Help coordinate HR-related compliance and reporting (e.g., I-9s, ACA, EEOC)
• Other duties as assigned
