Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our office in Englewood, Colorado, you will work within our Global Product Line Management team as a Global Product Line Manager (GPLM) for our Industrial Hose product line with a strong focus on our growing solutions in the Data Center market.

• You will report to the Director of Engine and Industrial Hose
• You'll work closely with sales, sales ops / analytics, and directly with customers to capture VOC and incorporate it into the overall product planning, launch and commercialization process; support sales to drive the sales pipeline and close opportunities
• The GPLM for Industrial and Data Center hoses will work with engineering to manage the global industrial hose portfolio and product roadmap, across the entire product lifecycle from launch preparation through to commercialization
• With Gates leadership in the evolving data center market, emerging hose solutions specific to data centers will be a focus for this position in close coordination with the coupling solution requirements
