Job Details

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee billing and collections functions while supporting key financial operations across the Firm. Reporting directly to the CFO / Controller, you will manage a team of Billing Clerks, an e-Billing Coordinator, an Accounts Receivable Clerk, and a Collections Analyst.

Your responsibilities include :

• Billing & Collections : Lead monthly client invoicing, manage complex billing scenarios, oversee e-billing processes, monitor accounts receivable, and mentor billing staff.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting : Manage month-end close, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits and partnership tax returns.
• Collaboration & Leadership : Provide support across departments, guide your team, and serve as a trusted resource for attorneys and professional staff.
