Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
